The star of the show? Linear Travertine (claybank) on the main lobby walls. Its soft, sandy hue (think warm terracotta meets muted beige) creates an immediate sense of calm, while the linear grooves—subtle but intentional—add a rhythmic texture that guides the eye from the entrance to the reception desk. "We wanted something that didn't scream 'hotel,'" says Lisa Chen, The Haven's interior designer. A Tech Office That Ditches the "Cold Corporate" Vibe

Nexus Tech, a software startup, had a bold goal for their new office: "We don't want our team staring at gray walls all day," said CEO Priya Patel.
